| 1) The S-SP deep hole spiral thread is specially designed for tapping threads with a thread length that is twice or more than twice the diameter of the thread. The tooth length of S-SP is designed to be shorter than that of a typical spiral wire attack, while the helix angle is larger than that of a typical spiral wire attack. And acid treatment is applied to the surface to reduce the frictional resistance generated during cutting, which can increase the life of the wire tapping. 2) The S-PO deep hole is specially designed for threading through holes with thread lengths that are 2 times or more larger than the diameter of the thread.
